Upvault Pro Not Working

If you have an active Upvault Pro subscription but the app is still showing ads or the free limits, try the steps below.

Step 1 — Verify you're on the correct Apple Account

Your subscription is tied to the Apple ID used when you originally purchased Upvault Pro. If your device is signed into a different Apple ID, the app won't recognise your subscription.

Go to Settings → [Your Name] on your iPhone to see which Apple ID is active. If it's wrong, sign out and sign back in with the correct account.

Step 2 — Restore Purchases

Once you're on the correct Apple Account:

  1. Open the Settings tab in Upvault.
  2. Tap the Upvault Pro card.
  3. Tap Restore Purchases.
  4. Upvault will verify your subscription with the App Store and restore Pro access.

Step 3 — Check your subscription is still active

Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone and confirm that your Upvault Pro subscription is listed and active. If it shows as expired or cancelled, you'll need to re-subscribe.
