Restore Purchases

If you reinstalled Upvault, switched devices, or Upvault Pro is not active even though you have a subscription, use Restore Purchases to reactivate it.

How to restore

  1. Open the Settings tab.
  2. Tap the Upvault Pro card.
  3. Tap Restore Purchases.
  4. Upvault will check your App Store account for an active subscription and restore it automatically.

Make sure you're on the right Apple Account

Your Upvault Pro subscription is tied to the Apple ID used when you originally subscribed. If you're signed into a different Apple ID, the restore will not find the subscription.

To check which Apple ID is active on your device, go to Settings → [Your Name] at the top of the screen. If it's the wrong account, sign out and sign back in with the correct Apple ID, then tap Restore Purchases again.

Still not working?

If the restore fails or Pro features are still not active after restoring, contact us at help@upvault.co with your Apple ID email and we'll look into it.
