Viewing Your Usage
You can check how much of your upload allowance you have used at any time.
How to check
- Open the Settings tab (bottom-right of the app).
- Your current usage and remaining allowance are displayed in the Usage section.
Rolling 7-day window
Upvault tracks usage over a rolling 7-day window — not a fixed calendar week. Data uploaded 7 days ago drops off your usage total automatically.
Limits

If you're close to your limit and need more storage now, upgrading to Upvault Pro immediately raises your limit to 50 GB.
